Anyone in MBZ City found a garage that actually uses genuine parts?

Living in MBZ City means I'm surrounded by options for car service but the problem is none of them specialize in anything, they just do a bit of everything. Last time I needed an oil change I went to a place nearby and specifically asked for genuine BMW filter and oil, they nodded along, and then I found out later they'd used some generic filter that didn't even seat properly. Started leaking within a week. So now I'm being extra careful. Does anyone know where to get genuine BMW oil replacement in MBZ City without getting lied to about what's going in the car? I don't mind paying slightly more for the real thing, I just want to actually receive it. Tired of the guesswork honestly.
